The core business of TÜRKAK is to accredit conformity assessment bodies and make them trusted service organizations. The principal condition for the successful performance of this function is TÜRKAK's operation as a competent and a dependable agency sought for its services. To fulfill this condition, establishing cooperation with international and regional accreditation bodies, pursuit of current developments on conformity assessment, and offering of accreditation service that satisfies the expectations and needs of the market are essential. The top management of TÜRKAK is conscious that our national economy shall become more competitive in international trade by providing that achievement.

     TÜRKAK's structure and operations must comply with current standards and guidelines published internationally. Proof of such a compliance is entry to the Recognition Agreements of international or regional accreditation bodies. In order to ensure TÜRKAK's permanent place in international recognition agreements, the Board of Directors shall provide the required resources and closely follow up the developments achieved in this direction.

     As the senior management, we believe that no doubts should ever arise about the quality level of TÜRKAK's works. Therefore, we intend to put uninterrupted efforts with the purpose of improving TÜRKAK's management system. Continuous improvement is possible by carrying out corrective and preventive actions, periodic internal audits and review activities in an effective manner. It is the responsibility of the Quality Manager to plan and maintain an effective and productive management system. TÜRKAK's Secretary General is responsible for taking necessary measures to ensure the productivity of the work force and to develop the consciousness of every TÜRKAK personnel in order to maintain the regular operation of the management system established.

     As the top management, we always expect that TÜRKAK's personnel is committed to policies, objectives and business processes of the management system in accordance with the documented rules to ensure satisfactory and timely service expected by the marketplace.
